FollowFriday: @LSUFreek on Twitter

January 22nd, 2010

This is a character you’re likely to not know unless you’re a participant in college sports message boards.  On the Rivals.com network, in particular, LSUFreek is legendary for providing hilarious animated GIFs.

Terrance Donnels (the man behind the screenname) was recently granted his own domain on SportingNews.com to further distribute his images and thoughts.  You can visit that site here, but really all you need to do is follow his Twitter feed @LSUFreek.

Linked after the jump are some of my favorite LSUFreek animated GIFs.  There are a ten of them, so it may take a second to load.

This GIF accompanied Vick's return to the field (amid less protest than I would have expected).

This GIF made light of a shoplifting incident involving a Vol player just 2 days before (note, before) Lane Kiffin claimed there had been no off field incidents at UT of late.

The Redskins were brutally bad this year, and never moreso than against Philly.

This Fall, Ole Miss was invaded by a Klan rally over the use of some Ole Miss traditional chants. LSUFreek was priceless.

The Adam James - Mike Leech incident at Texas Tech was never more funny as when LSUFreek adapted the Silence of the Lambs.

JC had a rough go of it this year. Perhaps he should be listening more to Donovan McNabb.

As a Cutler fan, I HATE Phil Rivers. Add in the Jets big win, and I love it.

The NYPost reported that ARod has twin centaur paintings in his bedroom. LSUFreek did not let that information go to waste.

Agent Zero's gun charges are just as scary and ridiculous as Plaxico's.

This is my favorite GIF. The Rock-Em-Sock-Em LeGarret Blount is something I would definitely play.

I thought of a gif. when watching Boardwalk Empire, but I don’t know how to make them. The scene where Al Capone is watching the two midgets boxing, put a TCU and Boise State helmet on them, then put the head of Mark Emmert on Al Capone.
